GARLIC PARM DUNKED CHEESEBURGERS #AD Juicy cheeseburgers, W-sauce caramelized onions, and a creamy garlic parmesan sauce made for dunking. 🤤 The secret? Cooking the burgers in @Bear & Burton's Grass-Fed Beef Tallow for that extra savory flavor, then using their W Sauce in both the onions and parmesan sauce. Ingredients Burgers: 4 lean hamburger patties (1 lb / 454 g total) 1 tbsp (14 g) Bear & Burton’s Grass-Fed Beef Tallow Salt & pepper ½ cup (56 g) shredded mozzarella 2 Kaiser rolls Mayo Lettuce Pickles W-Sauce Onions: 1 yellow onion, sliced 2 tbsp (28 g) butter 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil 1 tbsp (15 mL) Bear & Burton’s W Sauce Pinch of salt & pepper Garlic Parmesan Sauce 2 tbsp (28 g) butter 2 garlic cloves, minced ½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika & thyme 1 tbsp (15 mL) Bear & Burton’s W Sauce 1 cup (240 mL) heavy cream ½ cup (50 g) shredded Parmesan 2 tbsp (8 g) fresh parsley, chopped Directions: Season burgers generously with salt and pepper. Sauté sliced onions with butter and olive oil over medium heat for 10–12 minutes until softened and browned. Stir in W Sauce, season to taste, and set aside. In the same pan, heat beef tallow over medium-high. Cook burgers until browned and cooked to your liking. Add mozzarella during the last minute and cover until melted. Remove burgers. Reduce heat to medium-low. Melt butter, then add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Add seasonings and cook for another minute. Stir in W Sauce and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and parsley. Toast Kaiser rolls with mayo. Build with more mayo, lettuce, pickles, burger, and W-sauce onions. Serve with the creamy garlic parmesan sauce for dunking and fries on the side. #FlavorPacked #RecipeIdeas #EasyRecipes #HomeCooking
